Real Developments is a licensed utility contractor in both Virginia and North Carolina. Our Company is licensed to install and repair sewer, water and storm water systems. We are also capable of re-lining manholes and existing sewer and water lines.
John and Debbie Harris, a husband and wife building team, were born and raised in Norfolk and currently live in Ocean View. John began working in construction during his college days at Old Dominion University. After graduation, he started his career when he and Debbie opened their construction firm, Real Developments, Inc. in 1994. Most of their work has taken place in Ocean View.
