Our History Real Developments, Inc. was incorporated in 1994. Its founder and current president, Mr. John W. Harris, Jr., is formerly of Antenna Site Rentals, Inc., and Antenna Rentals Corporation, Inc. Mr. Harris served fifteen years in the installation, repair, and maintenance of towers and communications networks. The primary customers served by these corporations are paging companies, SMR Networks, PCS Wireless Systems, and Cellular Communications. Mr. Harris developed tower sites through such efforts as site location, rezoning, site design, tower and monopole erection, tenant collocation installations, and complete site build out in the Richmond, Hampton Roads, and North Eastern North Carolina markets. Our Services Current operations include site development, tower
and monopole erection, tower engineering, coax line
installations, line sweeps, ground test, tower engineering certifications
and new expanded service into the management and
maintenance of wireless communications systems through long
and short term contracts. By offering this service to both
the wireless communications companies and independent tower owners, significant cost savings are achieved and
operating efficiencies are improved. |
